August Band Updates
As usual since the last update and throughout the year there have been new players and those who have left for pastures new.
A belated welcome is therefore due to Chris Willard, Bob Turner, Yvette Hutchin, Lyndsay Gray, Jacqueline Croucher and Alastair Fyfe.
(Apologies to anyone who I have missed)
We wish all those who have moved on, all the best for a successful future and hope they will keep in touch and look at the web site occasionally.
Unfortunately the long awaited third recording has still not started as it has been very difficult to find the right amount of time and get the players together for such a concentrated period and it seems unlikely that it will appear soon with the summer concert schedule and Autumn contest coming up, not to mention Christmas looming large not long afterwards. Hopefully some more news on this soon.
