The band were able to find time to enter the scaba Spring contest at Crawley again this year and were awarded the prize for best March in their section for the performance of “The British Bandsman”. A special congratulations go to Ian on an outstanding success rate in the March competition having won for the last 5 competitions that we have entered.
While we did not reach such heady heights for the contest piece we were nonetheless pleased with our performance on the day and recognised the quality of the competition we were up against.
