About
Jonathan Vokes cut his teeth playing Trombone with his local Youth Band from the age of 8.
Jonathan has enjoyed playing Trombone with Cranbrook since 2008 and until 2020 played Bass Trombone. Around 2020 he made the switch to Tenor Trombone and took over the Principal position from Colin Batt.
Jonathan loves Trombone Trios and occasionally plays in Orchestras - where he struggles to count the ridiculous amount of rests.
When not playing the Trombone Jonathan likes to Scuba dive in tropical climates and cycle around Kent getting very muddy.
