We were able to gain Phil's services as a player after the unfortunate demise of neighbouring Battle Town Band. Along with a few other players Phil joined our ranks in 2017.

Since then he has made the first baritone position a force to be reckoned with, even managing a solo or two in his time, something not achieved in many years prior to his appointment.

Phil retired from playing in 2022 after unsuccessfully trying to play with new dental work.
